Most of our rentals are creekside and all just minutes away from waterfalls, tubing, hiking trails, the National Park, and still less than 5 minutes from Bryson City's quaint downtown. So, whether you’re planning to stay and play on the property or adventure out during your time with us, we have you covered!
The Venue
The creekside wedding venue boasts a stunning pavilion that serves as one of the centerpieces for unforgettable celebrations. Wooden beams and soft lighting, couples can exchange vows under a beautifully decorated arch, with the soothing sounds of the creek behind them.
The bridal suite is inside of our 1920s Farmhouse, walk out of the bedroom’s screen door and follow the covered bridge over the creek.
After the ceremony, an on-site wedding coordinator will be there to help prepare the pavilion for dancing while photos are being taken.We have many photo ops throughout the property!
Guests can make their way over to our unique Quonset hut for the reception, appetizers, food and drinks. We have an on-site bar set up so your bartender will have plenty of space. The Quonset hut is enclosed with heat and a.c, soft lighting and gorgeous decor.
Outdoors we have games and a large firepit for your guests to use at any point throughout the day.

Our Bridal Suite
Step back in time in this 1920's Farmhouse. Located right next to a beautiful creek. It has 3 bedrooms and one full bath. 2 bedrooms have 1 queen bed each, the third bedroom has 2 queen beds. There is a deck with rocking chairs, hot tub, firepit and charcoal grill all creekside.
The Bungalow
Next Door to Quonset Hut
This is an adorable unique space. Call it a bungalow, log cabin, tiny home(not on wheels),or a cozy cottage. It was originally built for the care taker of the farm houses on the property. It has been restored nicely with lots of charm. The home has a sofa bed and queen bed in living area. The loft has a ladder to climb up which has a queen bed and twin bed(great for older kids!).
Sweet Magnolia Tiny Home

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Enjoy your own private hot tub, fire pit and charcoal grill. Located in a community with other unique rentals, close to many hikes in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and only 5 minutes from downtown Bryson City, NC. Feel free to walk the property, play in or fish in the creek :) Must climb ladder to get to queen bed. Couch mattress in living room can be used for small child.

Built by Semaphore Industries in Williamsburg, Ohio in the early 70's, there were approximately 800 of them made, and very few are still in existence.This one is placed by the creek and is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Hammocks outside as well.
Maggie’s Cabin

Maggie's Cabin is a two bedroom, one bath log cabin with country charm. This cabin sits off to itself on a peaceful cabin community hillside with a beautiful view overlooking the community. Maggie’s has a covered front porch, rocking chairs a hot tub, firepit and charcoal grill. Outside you can hear the creek which really makes it peaceful.

This creek side Cottage is an open loft 2 bedroom home on the creek with a 3 person hammock,hot tub, firepit and charcoal parkside grill. It was built in the early 60's and has had a big transformation! While keeping its unique charm. I love saving and restoring older places and this was a fun project!

This home was featured on HGTV's show Log Cabin Living! Newly built 3 level pet and kid friendly cabin in the great smoky mountains! 2 minutes from town, less than a mile from the national park entrance, yet very quiet and private. Large fenced-in-yard for pets. Easy gravel road. Overlooks pasture, in the summer time. This has 3 bedrooms plus a loft, plenty of space and beds for sleeping. 2 bunk beds with a twin over full. 1 queen bed and couch that turns into a king. 1 king bed, and a day bed. 4.5 baths. Large kitchen island, gas fireplace and a living room area on the main level and basement. Full of kid toys!

This Log Cabin tiny home was around before tiny homes were popular. Built for comfort, convenience and space in the 90's. If you want something more unique but still have a cabin feel and be afordable then this really is a perfect spot. This little Log home is set back in the woods near a beautiful creek with a hot tub on a porch, firepit, charcoal grill and only 5 minutes to downtown Bryson City.

Such an adorable little little space! It has a queen bed on main level(no loft), little couch, tv, full size kitchen with full size fridge. It was custom built in the summer of 2020 by the Amish, with plenty of attention to detail. We placed it Creekside in our tiny home community. We added a door out the bedroom to have its own little deck and steps to take you out to your own firepit and creek area along with a charcoal grill. It's the cutest little tiny home!

Grab the camping gear and firewood!The Campfire Tiny Home is located in our private Tiny Home community only 5 minutes from downtown Bryson City, NC. We just completed it with a beautiful covered porch by the creek. Inside you will find a stocked mini kitchen for cooking, electric fireplace, full bathroom with shower, a queen size bed, and TV. Walk off the porch and you have your own private area by the creek with a firepit and charcoal grill Don't forget the smores!

This gorgeous four bedroom, 3.5 bath home sits on one of the best views for Bryson City, NC. Wake up to gorgeous sunrises and watch the sunset while swimming in the pool or soaking in the hot tub. This home is 5 minutes from downtown and has an easy paved hill. It has all the amenities one could wish for when thinking of a mountain getaway. The hot tub and pool are open year round. If you want the pool heated in the winter there is an extra fee.
1965 Restored Camper

Step back in time in this 1965 Layton, Vintage camper. It is completely restored with an added full bathroom that includes shower/tub and toilet. Still has kept most of it's original charm! Including the original light fixtures and cabinets. Have tea or coffee on the porch in the morning or relax in the hot tub.
